Traveler sync problems since Winter time

We are running a Domino 9 with Traveler 9.0.0.1 on a Windows machine. Until Saturday everything went fine, but since the Time changed from Summertime to Wintertime on Sunday we have problems syncing our mobile devices.
The problem occures on all plattforms (iOS+Android): once the traveler task is startet, all "current" eMails are synced once. Sending eMail is possible, but no newer Mails are transfered to the phones.
For now, we have installed a task, which restarts the traveler Task every half an our, which minimize the effect of this problem, but of course its not a solution.
Anyone experiencing similar Problems? Any Solutions yet?
Maybe ist a localisation problem , we are in Germany.

Same here

We see the same problem. Traveler is not sending out messages to clients since the weekend / end of daylight savings time. After a restart of the travler task the held messages get delivered to the device, but succeding mails do not.

We already updated to the latest releases and restarted the machine, but the problem persists: Domino 9.0 HF 683; Traveler Traveler 9001 IF2; 32 Bit;

OS is w23 Server German 32 Bit.

Another traveler we use is running fine, the only obvious difference is that the OS is w23Server in US Version;

Traveler synch problem is back with US-Daylight savings time

Last weekend the us switched to daylight savings time, while here in europe we will not switch until 30th of march. And guess what, again the traveler in w23 German is not working anymore.

Last time the IBM support had confirmed that there is a problem that will be fixed in a future release (at that time the problem was already gone, probably because of the end of daylight savings time in europe), so I upgraded to the latest server and fixpack, but no, still the devices will not synch.

This seems to be a problem of notes-traveler running synchronized with US daylight savings time instead of OS-time somewhere internally.

Anyone else with this problem?
